Rumor has it, UC-25 was PACKED last week and I couldn’t be happier. A little birdy told me all about the new faces arriving, the new friendships brewing, but also how the same old ULABA magic remained intact. And yes, that little birdy is my tall, handsome, curly-haired self. 💝 

Let’s keep this streak going for tomorrow since.. trust me.. you don’t want to miss this one. So I hope to see you there… 😙 

Thursday Meeting

We are excited to welcome Santiago Perez, the visionary CEO and Co-Founder of Casamata—the group behind acclaimed restaurants like Cosme in New York, Pujol in Mexico City, and many more. Now, he is bringing his talent and passion into a solo venture: “Santo Taco”, right here in the heart of Nolita. 🗽 

Join us tomorrow as always, Tisch Hall UC-25, at 12:30, to learn more about Santiago’s journey, his insights on entrepreneurship, and the business side of the food industry. And of course, what better way to learn about food than to taste it? 🤤 

Once again, a little birdy told me that the iconic Santo Taco’s will be making an appearance, so come… and hungry. 🌮

Applications Opened ‼️ 

That’s right, you read that correctly. We’ve officially opened applications for three different opportunities to get more involved with the ULABA family:

  • Freshman Liaison – Join the E-board and be the bridge between your class and ULABA. Deadline: September 26th!  For first-years only.

  • Mentorship Program – Get paired with an upperclassman for recruiting support, career guidance, and insider tips. Deadline: This Thursday! For all-members.

  • Regional Newsletter Writer (LatAm Tracker) – Contribute to ULABA’s reporting newsletter, sharing financial, economic, and political insights across LATAM.
