Tomorrow, we’re hosting Diego Solórzano, the co-founder of Desteia (formerly Auba), a fintech start-up that focuses on supply chain management. As an artsy gay kid who wants to work at Disney, I’d be lying to your faces (or, your screens… I guess) if I told you I had a single clue what any of that means… so I’ll just include the company’s bio and pray you smart Sternies get it (I believe in you)! 🙃

Desteia is a start-up revolutionizing supply chain management through advanced AI and machine learning technologies – by extracting and organizing information from unstructured data sources like emails and logistics documents, Desteia provides real-time visibility and predictive analytics to supply chain operators (WHAT?).

With a focus on enhancing US-Mexico trade, where goods worth over $850bn are exchanged annually, Desteia recently secured $8mn in seed funding to expand its innovative solutions (DA FUQ?).

Good luck surviving midterms (if you haven’t died yet). Only thing keeping me going is the T-2 weeks until Spring Break, babyy! Just picturing the soon-to-come Bobst-free days: sun, tan, sand, music, tequi– whoops, almost got too carried away there.

Anyways, I think it’s time for me to log off… still have a very important six-page essay to write on Jacob Elordi in Saltburn that’s due tomorrow. I’m about to go watch a TikTok edit of him for educational purposes… purely academic, I swear.
