Rise and shine, my favorite New Yorkers!! 🌞
Feels good to be back, doesn’t it? 😍 Word on the street is… we’ve got some brand-new members in the family👀 (yes we’re looking at you freshies). If this is you, welcome to ULABA, the place where you’ll learn, grow, connect, laugh, and basically recreate the Latin nest you just flew from. The dream, right? 😇
The new E-Board is here, and so are new ideas, good vibes, and plenty of opportunities for you. Think of us as your weekly serotonin boost (with empanadas, tequeños, and pupusas if you are lucky) For our freshies, this one’s important: grab a permanent marker, look in the mirror, and write this across your forehead: “UC-25 Tisch Hall • Thursdays • 12:30 PM”
That’s our weekly spot. That’s where the ULABA magic happens. So do what your forehead tells you and pull up THIS Thursday. We’ll be waiting. 💃✨
Thursday Meeting
This Thursday we’re keeping it chill with our first weekly meeting of the semester. Swing by UC-25 for an informal meet-and-greet! Get to know our members, connect with the new E-Board, and catch a glimpse of the amazing things we have in store this semester. And yes as always… food’s on us, so don’t forget to show up hungry pookies💝 🫃
Professional Development
Now usually, this is the part where I beg you to do yourself a favor and dive into our sacred internship database, lovingly curated by Prof Dev so you can search, apply, and lock in those internships the way you locked in those Circoloco tickets 🎃 (assuming you hopefully did..) However, Prof Dev is still sprinkling on the final touches to make sure our holy grail is at its finest. So as soon as its ready, I’ll be sure to have you clicking away in no time. 😏
